We are a Canadian speaker company active designing consumer audio products for over 30 years. We started with the initial work at the National Research Council that led to the launch of our "Esper" brand speakers in the 1990s. Since that time we have been consultants for well known audio companies including Audiosphere Research, Harman Kardon, and recently, California based Google and DSP Concepts for Bluetooth and interactive voice, "Alexa" type products.

During the past 2 years, we have focused our efforts to develop our own product that offers consumers a modest sized speaker of the utmost musicality, without the influence of marketing and price point constraints. The result is the Lyra speaker which is based on a precision engineered acoustic enclosure design.

Unlike other speaker companies, we do not offer a full line of products. Instead, we have chosen to present you with our most musically engaging acoustical design using only the highest quality components we source from Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany and Israel.

These speakers are proportioned for optimal performance in the natural listening space of your home and can be used close to walls and other reflective surfaces, making them ideal for apartments, condos and contemporary open living spaces.

The M42 Lyra speakers pair exceptionally well with the BoXem Arthur, Sugden A21SE Signature and Norma REVO IPA-80 audio amplifiers, which are the most highly musical and tonally engaging amplifiers we have heard to date.
